About the role:

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance processes.

  • HR Administration – Maintain employee records, update databases, and manage HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Onboarding & Orientation – Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations – Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Policies – Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
  • Performance Management – Assist in performance evaluations, feedback collection, and employee development programs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination – Help manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
  • HR Reports & Analytics – Prepare reports on HR metrics, workforce planning, and employee satisfaction trends.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
