About the role:
As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will lead content creation, campaign planning, and audience growth across multiple social media platforms.
- Social Media Strategy – Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Content Planning – Create and manage engaging content calendars, ensuring brand consistency.
- Platform Management – Oversee daily operations of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Paid Advertising – Design and optimize social media ad campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Community Engagement – Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track key performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Influencer & Partnership Collaboration – Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
- Trend Analysis – Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing and digital content creation.
Expertise in managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
