About the role:

  • Data Entry & Documentation – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaboration – Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement – Adapt to new processes and suggest improvements for better service delivery.

Qualification:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, chat platforms, and email tools is a plus.
