About the role:
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met, maintain quality standards, and optimize processes for efficiency. Your problem-solving skills and technical expertise will play a key role in driving project success.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Technical Coordination – Work with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure project designs, materials, and processes meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Risk Assessment & Management – Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Budgeting & Cost Control – Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources for cost efficiency.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, increase efficiency, and improve project outcomes.
- Reporting & Documentation – Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical reports, and performance evaluations.
- Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to clients, project managers, and senior management on project status.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and quality control.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
