About the role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet business needs. Your responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, reviewing and improving existing codebases, and ensuring best coding practices are followed. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop innovative features, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.

  • Software Development – Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using modern programming languages.
  • System Architecture & Design – Define scalable and secure software architectures aligned with business needs.
  • Code Quality & Review – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting peer code reviews.
  • Cloud & DevOps Integration – Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Performance Optimization – Troubleshoot and enhance application speed, scalability, and security.
  • Collaboration & Agile Development – Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in an Agile environment.
  • Technical Leadership – Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
  • Third-Party Integrations – Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services for enhanced application functionality.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    Proficiency in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
