About the role:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls – Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with problem resolution.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Address concerns, process service requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Sales & Upselling (if required) – Offer product recommendations and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Order Processing & Follow-Ups – Assist with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Technical Support Assistance (if applicable) – Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • CRM & Data Entry – Accurately log customer interactions and maintain organized records in CRM software.
  • Call Quality & Performance Monitoring – Meet daily targets, follow call scripts, and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with sales, support, and management teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, call center software, and basic computer skills.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends (if required).
